Training Projects to be implemented in 2017

- Further implementation of the Educational Project "Training of personnel reserve for the group of the "Kamkor Management" companies in KazATC";

- implementation of the strategic educational projects for the training of skilled technicians for the formation of personnel reserve for the group of the "Kamkor Management" companies;

- participation in the project on introduction of "Free vocational education for everybody";

- participation in the project "Introduction of dual education in Kazakhstan" in the framework of implementation of the Roadmap by the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan;

- in the framework of the Roadmap implementation of a new educational project in together with the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken", participation in the organization of dual training at the enterprises of the group of the "Kamkor Management" companies;

- automation of the training processes, full implementation of online learning in all subsidiaries;

- further implementation of training heads of senior and mid-level service centers;

- further implementation of the group of the "Kamkor Management" companies’ personnel training on the basis of "Orda Astana" LLP;

- further implementation of the training of line managers;

- retraining and improving professional level of ETP, PP alongside with mastering new types of modernized technology and production processes;

- introduction of a new evaluation system of the training performance;

- to ensure taking a psychometric testing by the employees of CO of the group of the "Kamkor Management" companies in online test mode through e-learning platform edukamkor.org. (according to the approved schedule (IV quarter 2017);

- participation in implementation of the new project "Free vocational education for everybody";

- intensification of the work on improvement and enhancing the quality of the training system, which will allow quick responding to the Company’s demands in highly qualified specialists;

- to continue the work on the implementation of distance learning in all areas of production of the group of the "Kamkor Management" companies;

- intensive English language teaching of the dispatching and technical staff involved in the operation of the equipment and technology of foreign production.
